Giveaway Rules for GeekGamer.TV

All giveaways on GeekGamer.TV, twitch.tv/geekgamertv, or any of GeekGamerTV’s affiliated social media sites (“This Channel”) are not sponsored or endorsed by any other website or company.

There will be no fee required to enter any giveaway on This Channel.

Prizes will vary and will be disclosed at the time of the drawing. Prizes for giveaways on This Channel shall never exceed a value of $5,000. Prizes listed may be substituted for other first prizes of equal value, based on availability.

Eligibility: By entering the giveaway, you represent and agree that you meet the following eligibility requirements:
1. You must be 18 years or older to enter;
2. You must be a resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, all U.S. Territories and Possessions and all Overseas Military Installations); and
3. Only followers of This Channel are eligible to enter. By entering the giveaway you agree that you will disclose that your entry into the giveaway is in exchange for your follow, which could be construed as your endorsement of This Channel.

Employees of This Channel and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter.

Procedure: Winners will be chosen by random drawing. To win, you must: (1.) be a follower to us on either Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other Social Media site as described in the giveaway; (2.) enter the giveaway keyword in chat when instructed to do so (if necessary to the conditions of the giveaway); and (3) claim your prize in chat, via e-mail, or direct message with a representative of GeekGamer.TV within 4 hours of your name or account being drawn as a winner. If you do not meet these requirements, the prize will be passed to the next winner, even if you are unable to enter or respond due to technical difficulties. In case of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant using the Internet, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Promotion at the time of entry will be considered the entrant.

This Channel reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion if it cannot be operated, conducted or completed as planned, for any reason. This Channel reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation or conduct of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the entry process or the operation of the web site or otherwise violating these rules. This Channel is not responsible for any problems with your entry, including technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable, and unavailable network or server connections, or other failures related to hardware, software or virus, or incomplete, late or misdirected entries.
